Cancellation and late arrival policy....

Late arrivals may be subject to treatment time being reduced or if very late - refusal.
Cancellations without 24 hours notice will incur a charge of 50% of treatment booked (this will be applied to the following treatment/booking)
Further cancellations without 24 hours notice will result in future bookings only being accepted with 50% deposit paid at time of booking, which if cancelled without 24 hours notice will be non refundable.

Gift vouchers - For any amount or treatment of your choice, valid for 6 months. Out of date vouchers will no longer be accepted commencing 1/1/12 However the period of validity may be extended by 3 months from the expiry date for an admin fee of 25% of the face value of the original voucher.
